- Orders Over €100 (Excluding VAT): FREE Standard Delivery.
- Orders Under €100 (Excluding VAT): A standard delivery charge of €10 applies per order.
- Bulky & Oversized Items: Palletized goods, oversized products, or orders weighing over 30kg incur a flat pallet delivery charge of €50.

All orders are dispatched directly from our central warehouse located at Unit 25A, Hebron Industrial Estate, Kilkenny, Ireland. By shipping locally, we ensure faster transit times and reduced environmental impact.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
To qualify for our standard processing timeline, orders must be placed by our daily cut-off time of 2:30 PM GMT+01:00 (Irish Standard Time, Dublin). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the following business day.

9. Packaging & Order Protection

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including an Eircode. Our system performs a basic verification, but Toolguy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
11. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the dispatch phase or has been picked up by the courier, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
12. Change of Shipping Address
Changes to a shipping address can only be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once the status is marked as "Dispatched," we cannot redirect the package to a different address.
13. Failed Delivery & Missed Attempts
Our courier partners typically make two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, they may leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot. If the item is returned to us after failed attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.
14. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- Reporting Window: Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

15. Lost or Delayed Packages

16. Delivery Confirmation
A delivery is considered complete when the courier’s tracking system marks it as "Delivered" or when a signature is obtained. For palletized goods (over 30 kg), a signature is mandatory.
17. VAT, Taxes & Import Fees
Since Toolguy is an Irish-registered business shipping within Ireland, there are no additional import duties or hidden customs fees. All prices include the necessary Irish VAT.
