💶 Delivery Charges
FREE delivery on all orders over €100 (inclusive of VAT)
Orders under €100 (inclusive of VAT) are subject to a €10 standard delivery charge per order
Bulky items, oversized products, palletised goods, or orders weighing over 30kg will incur a pallet delivery charge of €50
Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
⏱️ Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on location and product availability
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time
Pallet deliveries may take 2–5 working days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays)
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse
Tracking details will be provided where available
🧰 Bulky & Pallet Deliveries
Pallet deliveries are kerbside delivery only
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address
Access restrictions (e.g. narrow roads, height limits, or time restrictions) should be notified at checkout to avoid delays
